Description

Simple and linear billiard in modern style, for the Italian game with pins and holes, taken from the ancient and famous catalogue from Ottorino Restaldi. Classic billiard artfully made, it appeared in italian movies (“Signori si nasce” and “Totò Diabolicus” with De Curtis) and international movies too (the epic last scene of “Gangs of New York by M. Scorsese and with L. Di Caprio).

• It is possible to realize it both for the Italian game version (see photo), Boccette, as well as for the International game without holes.
• Solid steel frame held together by pitch-pine (American red pine) dried and stabilized by six legs realized in solid wood in the 18th century style, polished black, lathed and finished by hand.
• Plated and Rosewood veneered.
• Cushion handrail in solid mahogany or rosewood (recommended because identical to the originals) and sides, with black frames, decorated with gilded bronze casting friezes. Unique in THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET
• Selected painting with exaltation of grain and tone of the wood used; Restaldi suggests patient polishing pad back, following traditional methods.
• Decorative masks, "Snapdragon" style, to collect balls, in gilt bronze and chiseled by hand with burin casting.
• Adjusted slate game plane, with a thickness of mm. 45 arranged to insert electric heaters for heating through computerized control units.
• Tubular pressure banks (our patent), or regular ones.
• Top-quality cloth by the best brands and in any color (Restaldi suggests ancient green or Burgundy), applied on the hedges and pulled on the plane manually.
